Just discovered an attempt from Google to enhance the web experience - a web accelerator. I wonder if anybody can confirm if they developed this themselves, or if they bought another third party app.

Newsvine: Useful Content or Rushed Imitations?

I have used Newsvine actively for several days now, and I have a major concern about the usefulness of the site. The concern is best explained through a scenario I have experienced several times over the last 48 hours: the flow of news from the original author to myself.

Addicting vs Addictive

A great blog entry that accurately summarizes a pet peeve of mine: misuse of the word "addicting." The proper adjective is "addictive," whereas "addicting" is a transitive verb, as in "the act whereby an agent addicts a user."

Amazing upcoming technology in the "Multi Touch" displays. What blew me away was that they not only developed an intuitive screen like this, but an entire set of example applications like a photo editor, video editor, and simple games.
